How is the Market?
Perhaps the number one question I am asked, as a Realtor is "how is the market?" This question can be answered many ways and is usually different if you are a buyer, seller, renter or investor, but there is one thing that remains true . . . there is ALWAYS opportunity!
There are always great deals to be had, always buyers who need a new home and always a way to accomplish your personal goals!
Right now I am seeing buyers get deals on purchases from sellers who seem desperate to sell after only 30 days on the market. I am also seeing listings get a steady amount of showings. One thing is for sure - the market is alive and well. Interest rates are still INCREDIBLY low and banks are starting to expand on the programs they are offering, making home buying a little easier!

~ Bridge loans that allow you to use the equity in your current home to buy before you sell
~ Traditional FHA, VA and Conventional programs
